The Takk platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by NoBS Python AS and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any code and content you deploy through our platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoBS Python AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the services.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.
